Alex, I'm signing books at the Aloud festival on the harbourfront in Toronto on Friday june 24th - why don't you come and say hi? And I'm giving a reading too but don't know what time yet. I like Aragorn and Legolas (my favourites in the book too) and also Faramir but I loved Bernard Hill as Theoden - not in a fancying way but just loved him and cried during his battle-rousing speech (every time!)

Yeah, my dad is always going on to me and my younger sibling. He always says how good at maths he is, although he did get put up a year at school and got 2 maths GCSES and 3 maths A levels and a maths degree so i suppose it is true!!! It was so embarrasing at parents evening when he started talking to our maths teacher mr.harris about his degree and he kept making bad jokes and laughing really loud!!
