Bush? Complete and utter idiot. For starters, he won't sign that environmental contract, and has the lowest IQ of all the presidents. I could go on for a while. But I'm not going to cos that would be boring.

well the daily show is this hilarious show with john stewart and he's a total democrat. its the funniest thing. he shows all the recent political stuff and makes fun of bush, cheney, rumsfield, everything. it's on comedy central, they air it weeknights at 11 pm but they always air yesterday's show at eight pm so i watch that.

ok y'all, funny story. there is a house between me and my democratic neighbor that tried putting up a bush/cheney 04 sign up. my neighbor and i yanked it down and he stomped on it.

What do you think of the death penalty of Saddam Hussein? I'm prinicipally against death penalty. Besides, he should have got a better and longer trial. (But i don't know the fine details because i was on holiday when this all happened. Canadian Stravagante, i wonder about this too! But he wasn't elected 'right' the first time, was he?

Um, against. How does it make us any better if we execute criminals? Just because it's legal, doesn't automatically make us in the right.

I think the whole issue was handled terribly. The fact the society is still barbaric enough to hang is one thing, and that it was such a public execution that someone could get it on their cell phone. Civilization is supposedly so advanced, and yet we kill a man the same way they did thousands of years ago. I also thing that the death penalty was inadequate. The Muslim religious fanatics have already proved that death is no punishment; Saddam died believing he was a martyr. The appropriate punishment should be life imprisionment, so the man could brood forever about his crimes, not get the easy way out. But as Stephan Colbert says, "Aw, snap!!"
