Ok..don't know about anyone else but Silvia is definitly my fave character.. She has that devious charm that trips the De Chimici at every turn. She's also a very colourful character

Yes, i totally understadn, she is a marvellous character. And you're not the only one, i can't remember who (might be Neiliana or someone) but someone here loves her too. I myslef am crazy for Luciano, you only have to look at some of my posts (ok, most of them) to get that. However, i think Silvia is a great character because she's so strong and powerful, even when she isn't the duchessa. However, I'm not too keen on the part when she's saying Arianna should really consider marrying Gaetano, that was mean. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

thinking diplomatically i bet, in some ways anyway...i mean it would perhaps put an end to assassination attempts and keep the Duchessa where she belongs...
scrub that...it might have made them worse- who can know the mind of a Di Chimici..?
at least some of the Di Chimici appear to have a conscience though.

yep, Kris made me a mod...thats why it says "Vulture" above the pink things. Ever watchful Families can differ a lot..to have them all fitting the same mould would just be dull and make their natures and actions too predictable

TEXTWhat i love about Silvia is that sense of coolness she has like she is always calm and mostly always rational. And the love she has for Belleza is amazing! She will always be the true Duchessa for me (nothing against Arianna or nething). She has this very amazing effect on ppl!

I agree. Arianna is a great character and all, but i never can quite picture her as duchessa, with all the rules and regulations. She seems a much more natural character running around the islands with Luciano in boys clothes. Silvia just seems more regal.

I know, yet i somehow always imgine silvia as quite middle aged even though she's meant to still look quite young. I think arianna sounds prettier. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

Sure, but i see Arianna with more of a young person sprakle that grandparents always talk about. It just seems a little out of character for her to have so mcuh responsiblity- but i still love her. I agree that Silvia is older, but still pretty.

i think its because Silvia is first established as the Duchessa rather than Arianna's mother so by the time uv read her revelation in COM Silvia is already established as this regal ruler but with a few hinted secrets

What do you think will happen with Silvia in COF? I mean you can count on her to come to Giglia too...maybe everyone will find out what really happened to her?

I don't think Silvia's deception can really be revealed to the general public, it would cause uproar!
However, I like the idea of a Di Chimici finding out, or Enrico, and then not being able to tell anyone.
