Hi all I'm Laurel and I'm new here (like you didn't know that). Um.. I'm 14 and live in Ohio, United States. I love Stravaganza and don't know anyone else in my school or even city who does. But that's okay. Um.. I'm a ballerina, have been for 9 or 10 years, and I just started jazz. I love music and the flute. Black and white pictures are the only pictures. I wish I lived in the 1920's. Marching band is probably the coolest thing a person could ever do. Friends are my life. I love to write. I'm crazy, as everyone, even my boyfriend, will tell you. And I love Stravaganza. Yeah. I'm awesome. (rolls eyes) -Laurel

marching band. *shudders* welcome to the boards!! the reason for the shudder is that i don't get along too well with the bandies at my school; they are constantly talking about how hard marching band is and that there is no way softball could be as difficult!!!!

Haha marching band is like, my life. I cried when the season ended. The bandos at WHS are like, the coolest people in the school (not being egotistical, but seriously, everyone says that about us bandos). Yeah, it's hard, I'll admit, but I doubt it's harder than softball. For me, though, marching band = pure bliss. Aside from ugly uniforms (tries not to vomit) and really, um.. big band directors named Wally who yell at you constantly and are hardly ever nice. Haha. But yeah. -Laurel

Hi im Becky, im 16 from Manchester, UK. I love Stravaganza they are my favourite books ever!! and im not exagerating! My favourite book was the city of masks. I loved it because i have been to Venice many times and i think its great, it just made me feel like i was back there! I'm into rowing and i don't know anyone of my friends who has ever read these books which is a shame because they are the best!

yeah welcome all y'all newbies!!! anyways marching band is where these bandies all get together and memorize a peice and then work hard coming up with a way to walk around in circles to the beat. and then they (or at least the bandies in my school) go and complain about how hard it is and how much they want to beat these other bands in band competitions. then you get confused moms, like my friend's mom, who keeps calling band competitions 'tournaments' (my friend and i play softball tournaments together, and her brother is in marching band)

Hello I'm Victoria, also known as Mavvii or Nicolosa
I love all the Stravaganza books but my favourite part of all three is the last page of COF because I had to re-read it about 10 times because I was so excited! They are the best books on the PLANET!
I'm 14 years old, I will be 15 in March and I live in Somerset in England ^__^ I am a quarter spanish but wish i was a quarter Italian sometimes! ;D
Its my dream to go to Venice and feel like I belong in Talia, because I would just love to feel that magical and special!

Hey welcome. I think you're absolutely right about Stravaganza being the best books on this planet. And I think I can speak for all of us in saying that we all would love to go to Talia once. Oh and Rosie, sorry if that was a stupid question about marching bands. But we don't have them that often in Holland.
